Who we are
This website is operated by Blue Horizon Services Inc., operating as MyFi, based in Vancouver, British Columbia ("MyFi", "we", "us"). Our privacy officer is Digvijay Sodha. Contact: founder@my-fi.ca.
This policy covers my-fi.ca and our dealings with brokerages and firms. When MyFi's client sessions launch, a separate policy will cover them and will be linked here.
We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
What we collect and why

Sample briefs for brokerages
When a brokerage asks us to prepare briefs on its own files before a pilot, its agents supply the file information. We use it only to prepare those briefs for that brokerage, as set out in a written agreement signed before any file is shared. We do not contact the brokerage's clients, and we delete the file information at the end of the period set in that agreement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and deliver our email and form messages, under contracts that limit their use of it, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the website: 24 months after our last exchange. Sample brief file information: as set in the brokerage's agreement.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to founder@my-fi.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
