1. About these terms. These terms apply to my-fi.ca, operated by Blue Horizon Services Inc., operating as MyFi ("MyFi"). Brokerages and firms that work with MyFi are covered by their own written agreement, which takes precedence for them.
2. Information on this site. The content of this website, including the sample brief, is for general information. The sample brief describes a fictional household with illustrative figures. Nothing on this site is mortgage, financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
3. The renewal calculator. The calculator shows arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. It is not a forecast, a quote or a statement of what MyFi will achieve. Your numbers stay in your browser.
4. Our content. The website, its design and materials belong to MyFi. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Liability. We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, MyFi is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on this site.
6. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
