How it works

How a readiness session works

One engine, set up for each decision. It asks the client only what matters, shows every figure from a calculator, and hands the professional a brief.

The engine

Rules decide the path. A calculator produces the numbers. AI only phrases the questions.

The order of the session, which questions appear and which options are shown are set by rules the firm can read and review. Every figure comes from a calculation module with published assumptions. AI models help phrase questions and interpret the client's free-text answers. They never choose an option or produce a number.

Rules

Decide the path

  • The order of the session
  • Which questions appear
  • Which options are shown

NeverHidden from the firm. The rules can be read and reviewed.

2

Calculator

Produces every number

  • Payments and one-time costs
  • Rate shock at the next renewal
  • Published assumptions

NeverA figure that did not come from the calculation module.

3

AI

Phrases the questions

  • Phrases each question
  • Interprets free-text answers
  • Shows interpretations back as cards

NeverChooses an option or produces a number.

Shorter sessions

It asks only what matters

A question is asked only when its answer can change an option, a figure, a flag or a document request. When nothing has changed, the session moves on. Anything the AI interprets from a client's words is shown back as a card, and it becomes part of the record only when the client confirms it.

Example

  • Has either borrower changed jobs since 2022? Asked: Changes the qualification path
  • Any new debts since your last term? Asked: Changes the options and a flag
  • Do you plan to move in the next 5 years? Asked: Changes term and penalty exposure

Guardrails

Every response is checked before the client sees it.

Recommendation language, lender names and any figure that did not come from the calculator are blocked and replaced with safe wording, and a person reviews each block. Questions that ask for advice are passed to the professional. If a client signals financial hardship, the session pauses and shows the firm's support contact.

The client's record

The client keeps a record of what they considered and what they shared.

They choose item by item what reaches the firm, and they can withdraw consent.
